ABSTRAK
Pada penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memuaskan keinginan peneliti mengenai
pengaruh persepsi, motivasi, minat, self efficacy dan pengetahuan mahasiswa
tentang pajak terhadap pilihan berkarir di bidang perpajakan mahasiswa prodi
akuntansi fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis Universitas Pembangunan Nasional
“Veteran” Yogyakarta tahun 2019, 2020 dan 2021 untuk pilihan berkarir di bidang
perpajakan. Pada penelitian ini sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer,
menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dengan melakukan kuesioner yang
disebar secara daring dengan populasi mahasiswa angkatan 2019, 2020 dan 2021
jurusan akuntansi Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Yogyakarta dan
sampel yang diambil sebanyak 128 responden. Analisis data pada penelitian ini
menggunakan model analisis regresi linier berganda, uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian
menunjukan bahwa motivasi, minat dan pengetahuan mahasiswa tentang pajak
memiliki pengaruh terhadap pilihan berkarir di bidang perpajakan. Sementara
persepsi dan self efficacy tidak berpegaruh terhadap pilihan berkarir di bidang
perpajakan.

ABSTRACK
This research was conducted to satisfy the wishes of researchers regarding the
influence of perception, motivation, interest, self-efficacy and knowledge of
students about taxes on career choices in the field of taxation for students of the
accounting study program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas
Pembangunan Nasional "Veteran" Yogyakarta in 2019, 2020 and 2021 for career
choices in the field of taxation. In this study, the data source used was primary data,
using the data collection method by conducting questionnaires distributed online
with the population of 2019, 2020 and 2021 students majoring in accounting at the
Yogyakarta "Veteran" National Development University and a sample of 128
respondents. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis
models, F test and t test. The results of the study show that students' motivation,
interest and knowledge about taxes have an influence on career choices in the field
of taxation. Meanwhile, perception and self-efficacy have no effect on career
choices in the field of taxation.
