ABSTRAK
Perguruan tinggi merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang mempersiapkan peserta didik untuk
menjadi anggota masyarakat yang memiliki kemampuan baik secara akademis maupun
keterampilan.(Suryana, 2018). Setiap perguruan tinggi diera saat ini tidak akan lepas dari peran
teknologi informasi. Teknologi informasi merupakan cara yang digunakan untuk mengolah
data, termasuk memproses, mendapatkan, menyusun, menyimpan, memanipulasi data untuk
menghasilkan informasi yang berkualitas, yaitu informasi yang relevan, akurat dan tepat waktu,
yang digunakan untuk keperluan pribadi, bisnis, pemerintahan dan merupakan informasi yang
strategis untuk pengambilan keputusan(Rahmat Sulaiman Naibaho, 2017).
UPN’Veteran’Yogyakarta melalui unit pelaksana tugas teknologi informasi dan komunikasi
meluncurkan sistem informasi berbasis website yang bernama SADEWA atau singkatan dari
Sistem Aktivitas dan Prestasi Mahasiswa. Website SADEWA ini berguna dalam membantu
proses alur informasi aktivitas mahasiswa dalam memenuhi kebutuhan perkuliahannya seperti
administrasi Kerja Praktik (KP), Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) dan lainnya. Dalam
keberlangsungan menjalankan sistem SADEWA ini, tentu diperlukan pengujian yang dapat
digunakan untuk bahan evaluasi sistem atas kesuksesan yang telah dicapai hingga saat ini.
Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model kesuksesan tahun 2003 oleh DeLone and McLean,
karena memiliki beberapa variabel yang cukup dapat dijadikan sebagai alat ukur kesuksesan
sistem. DeLone and McLean menguji kenam variabel yaitu Service Quality, Information
Quality, System Quality, Net Benefit, User satisfaction, dan Intention To Use. Data yang
digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa pengguna menu Kerja praktik website
SADEWA. Penyebaran data menggunakan google form dengan 18 item pernyataan, dan
mendapatkan 101 responden. Data Responden diolah menggunakan software SmartPLS untuk
analisis statistic terkait uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji hipotesis dan Microsoft excel untuk
analisis deskriptif terkait demografi.
Hasil dalam penelitian ini yaitu terdapat empat dari sembilan hipotesis yang diterima. Faktor
yang berpengaruh terhadap user satisfaction atau kepuasan pengguna yaiu variabel information
quality atau kulitas informasi dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 4,937. Selanjutnya faktor yang
berpengaruh terdahap variabel net benefits atau manfaat bersih yaitu variabel intention to use
atau minta penggunaan dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 2,791 dan variabel user satisfaction
atau kepuasan pengguna dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 2,075. Kemudian faktor yang
berpengaruh terhadap variabel intention to use atau niat penggunaan yaitu system quality atau
kualitas sistem dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 3,051. Dari faktor dan tingkat signifikan
tersebut dapat dijadikan landasan pengelola website apabila akan meningkatkan atau
mengembang kebermanfaatan website agar pengembangannya dapat terukur dibagian tertentu
berdasarkan hasil penelitian agar pengalaman pengguna, manfaat bersih, dan kepuasan
pengguna menjadi lebih bertambah.

ABSTRACT
Higher education is an educational institution that prepares students to become members of
society who have both academic and skill abilities (Suryana, 2018). Every college in the current
era will not be separated from the role of information technology. Information technology is a
method used to process data, including processing, obtaining, compiling, storing, manipulating
data to produce quality information, namely information that is relevant, accurate and timely,
which is used for personal, business, government purposes and is strategic information for
decision making (Rahmat Sulaiman Naibaho, 2017). UPN'Veteran'Yogyakarta through the
information and communication technology task force launched a website-based information
system called SADEWA or an abbreviation for Student Activity and Achievement System. This
SADEWA website is useful in assisting the information flow process of student activities in
fulfilling their lecture needs such as administration of Practical Work (KP), Real Work Lectures
(KKN) and others. In the continuity of running this SADEWA system, of course, testing is needed
which can be used as material for evaluating the system for the success that has been achieved
to date.
In this study using the 2003 success model by DeLone and McLean, because it has several
variables that can be used as a measuring tool for system success. DeLone and McLean tested
six variables, namely Service Quality, Information Quality, System Quality, Net Benefit, User
satisfaction, and Intention To Use. The data used in this study are students who use the SADEWA
website practical work menu. Data distribution uses google form with 18 statement items, and
gets 101 respondents. Respondent data is processed using SmartPLS software for statistical
analysis related to validity tests, reliability tests, hypothesis tests and Microsoft excel for
descriptive analysis related to demographics.
The results in this study are that there are four of the nine hypotheses accepted. Factors that
affect user satisfaction or user satisfaction are information quality variables with a significance
level of 4.937. Furthermore, the factors that influence the net benefits variable are the intention
to use variable with a significance level of 2.791 and the user satisfaction variable with a
significance level of 2.075. Then the factor that affects the intention to use variable is system
quality with a significant level of 3.051. From these factors and significant levels, it can be used
as a basis for website managers if they are going to improve or develop the usefulness of the
website so that its development can be measured in certain parts based on the research results
so that user experience, net benefits, and user satisfaction increase.
