ABSTRAK
Berliano merupakan salah satu perusahaan berbasis di Kota Jogja yang menghasilkan produk
seperti tas, jaket, dan sepatu berbahan dasar kulit. Berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara
yang dilakukan, diketahui penerapan SI/TI pada Berliano masih memiliki kekurangan dilihat
dari tidak adanya sistem terintegrasi antar setiap bidang sehingga memperlambat alur
kegiatan operasional dan fungsional serta informasi mengenai pembuatan produk-produk
yang telah diproduksi secara mandiri oleh Berliano masih bersifat manual sehingga sering
terjadi kesalahan seperti hilangnya suatu berkas yang memuat informasi penting tersebut.
Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat dokumen portofolio perencanaan
strategis sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi yang tepat pada Berliano. Metode yang
dipakai untuk dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Ward and Peppard dimana data yang
digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara, sedangkan
data sekunder diperoleh melalui dokumen perusahaan, jurnal, dan situs online terpercaya.
Hasil data yang didapat diolah menggunakan analisis SWOT, Value Chain, Porter’s Five
Forces, dan PESTLE. Hasil analisis yaitu berupa rekomendasi strategi bisnis SI, strategi TI,
dan strategi manajemen SI/TI yang kemudian dipetakan ke dalam McFarlan Strategic Grid
yang diakhiri dengan timeline implementasi rekomendasi di Berliano dalam kurun waktu 4
tahun. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dokumen portofolio perencanaan strategis SI/TI yang
dapat dimanfaatkan oleh Berliano dalam menjalankan proses bisnisnya.

ABSTRACT
Berliano is a company based in the city of Jogja that produces products such as leather-
based bags, jackets and shoes. Based on the observations and interviews conducted, it is
known that the application of IS/IT at Berliano still has deficiencies seen from the absence
of an integrated system between each field so that it slows down the flow of operational and
functional activities and information regarding the manufacture of products that have been
produced independently by Berliano is still manual. so that errors often occur such as the
loss of a file that contains this important information. Therefore, this study aims to create a
strategic planning portfolio document for information systems and information technology
that is appropriate for Berliano. The method used in this study is the Ward and Peppard
method where the data used are primary data obtained through observation and interviews,
while secondary data is obtained through company documents, journals and trusted online
sites. The results of the data obtained were processed using SWOT analysis, Value Chain,
Porter's Five Forces, and PESTLE. The results of the analysis are in the form of
recommendations on IS business strategy, IT strategy, and IS/IT management strategy which
are then mapped onto the McFarlan Strategic Grid ending with a timeline for implementing
recommendations in Berliano within a period of 4 years. The results of this study are IS/IT
strategic planning portfolio documents that Berliano can utilize in carrying out his business
processes.
