ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji penghargaan finansial, pelatihan
professional, lingkungan kerja, nilai-nilai sosial, pengakuan profesional terhadap
pilihan karir di jurusan akuntansi Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran
Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan 100 orang mahasiswa Jurusan Akuntansi
S1 Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Yogyakarta yang masih aktif
tahun akademik 2019 hingga 2020. Penilitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survey
terhadap mahasiswa Jurusan Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas
Pembangunan Nasional dan dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda. Tahap
pertama menguji validitas dan reliabilitas pertanyaan setiap variabel. Tahap kedua,
melakukan regresi variabel penghargaan finansial, pelatihan professional,
lingkungan kerja, nilai-nilai sosial, pengakuan profesional terhadap pilihan karir.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel penghargaan finansial, variabel
nilai-nilai sosial, variabel pengakuan profesional berpengaruh secara signifikan
terhadap pilihan karir, Sedangkan variabel pelatihan profesional dan variabel
lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pilihan karir.
Kata Kunci: penghargaan finansial, pelatihan profesional, lingkungan kerja,
nilai-nilai sosial, pengakuan professional terhadap pilihan karir.

Abstract
This research aims to test the financial award, professional training, work
environment, social values, professional recognition of career options in the
accounting department of National Development University Veteran of
Yogyakarta. This research uses 100 students of accounting department S1 of
National Development University of Yogyakarta, which is still active academic
year 2019 to 2020. This study was conducted by a survey method of students of the
Faculty of Economics and Business of the National Development University and
analyzed with multiple linear regression. The first stage tests the validity and
reliability of each variable's query. The second stage, conducting variable
regression in financial awards, professional training, work environment, social
values, professional recognition of career choice. The results of this study show
that variable financial award, variable social values, professional recognition
variables significantly affect career options, while professional training variables
and environment variables Work has no significant effect on career choices.
