Abstract
DWI MUTIA SAPRILIA. 2023. Financial Feasibility Analysis on Herbal Tea Bag
Agroindustry CV. Dewi Makmur Tirtonirmolo Bantul Yogyakarta. Under the
direction of Nanik Dara Senjawati.
ABSTRACT
This study aims to: 1) Analyze the financial feasibility of the herbal tea bag agro-
industry at CV. Dewi Makmur in Tirtonirmolo, Bantul, Yogyakarta; 2) Analyze the
effect of changes in the price of herbal tea raw materials on the feasibility of the
herbal tea bag agro-industry at CV. Dewi Makmur uses sensitivity analysis. The
method used is a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach and this
type of case study research. Methods of determining respondents using techniques
Non Probability with technique Purposive. The data sources used are primary data
and secondary data. Data collection techniques using Focus Group Discussion
(FGD), observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are measured
by counting Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of
Return (IRR), Profitability Index (PI), and Sensitivity Analysis. The results showed
that the herbal tea bag agro-industry business was financially feasible to continue
based on the calculation results of several investment criteria, namely Payback
Period for 2.3 years. Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp. 187448157, Internal Rate of
Return (IRR) of 62.92% and Profitability Index (PI) of 22%. Sensitivity analysis
shows that the herbal tea bag agroindustry at CV. Dewi Makmur is still feasible to
continue despite an increase in raw material prices of 8%.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Menganalisis kelayakan finansial usaha
agroindustri teh celup herbal pada CV. Dewi Makmur di Tirtonirmolo, Bantul
Yogyakarta; 2) Menganalisis pengaruh perubahan harga bahan baku teh herbal
terhadap kelayakan usaha agroindustri teh celup herbal pada CV. Dewi Makmur
menggunakan analisis sensitivitas. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode
penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian studi kasus.
Metode penentuan responden menggunakan teknik Nonprobability dengan teknik
Purposive. Sumber data yang digunakan merupakan data primer dan data sekunder.
Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Focus Group Discussion (FGD),
observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data diukur dengan menghitung
Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR),
Profitability Index (PI), dan Analisis Sensitivitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
bahwa usaha agroindustri teh celup herbal layak secara finansial untuk dilanjutkan
berdasarkan hasil perhitungan beberapa kriteria investasi yaitu Payback Period
selama 2,3 tahun. Net Present Value (NPV) sebesar Rp. 187.448.157, Internal Rate
of Return (IRR) sebesar 62,92% dan Profitability Indeks (PI) sebesar 22%. Analisis
sensitivitas menunjukkan bahwa usaha agroindustri teh celup herbal pada CV. Dewi
Makmur tetap layak untuk dilanjutkan meskipun terjadi peningkatan harga bahan
baku sebesar 8%.
