Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Human Capital Efficiency (HCE), Structural Capital Efficiency (SCE), Capital Employed Efficiency (CEE) to Firm Value (PBV) at the Mining Company in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2012 - 2014. This study used secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id), in the form of a mining company's annual report in 2012 - 2014. The population in this study was 40 Mining Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. After doing purposive sampling, there are 28 samples Mining Company that is in use in research. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression which aims to obtain a comprehensive picture of the relationship between variables. While the classic assumption test used in this study include the normality test, multicoloniarity test, autocorrelation test, and heteroscedasticity test. The results showed that the variables HCE and CEE does not affect the Firm Value (PBV). While SCE variables affect the Firm Value (PBV). The predictive capacity of these three variables on Firm Value (PBV) of 8% while the rest is affected by factors beyond research. The results of this study is expected to be a material consideration in determining the Company's management Mining Firm Value.
