ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengkaji pengelolaan kegiatan Program
Kampung Hijau di Cluster Agro (2) Mengkaji bentuk partisipasi masyarakat
Kampung Pilahan dalam kegiatan Program Kampung Hijau di Cluster Agro (3)
Mengkaji tipe partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan Program Kampung Hijau di
Cluster Agro. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan studi kasus.
Teknik penentuan informan secara purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data
dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan
keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Teknik analisis data yaitu
reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pengelolaan kegiatan Program Kampung Hijau
mencakup perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan.
Pengelolaan kegiatan Program Kampung Hijau melibatkan masyarakat dan
kelompok tani, PPL, Dinas Pertanian dan BLH Kota Yogyakarta dengan
pemberian pelatihan dan bantuan (2) Bentuk partisipasi masyarakat Cluster Agro
terdiri dari partisipasi buah pikiran, tenaga, harta benda dan keterampilan. Bentuk
partisipasi masyarakat yang paling banyak yaitu partisipasi harta benda (3) Tipe
partisipasi masyarakat Cluster Agro beragam antara lain tipe partisipasi dengan
pemberian informasi, tipe melalui konsultasi, tipe fungsional, tipe interaktif, tipe
self-mobilization.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to (1) Assess the management of the Green Village Program
activities in the Agro Cluster (2) Assess the forms of community participation in
the Pilahan Village in the Green Village Program activities in the Agro Cluster
(3) Assess the types of community participation in the Green Village Program
activities in the Agro Cluster. This study uses qualitative research with case
studies. Methods for determining informants by purposive sampling. Data
collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews and documentation
with the validity of the data using source triangulation. Techniques for data
analysis include data reduction, data display, and conclusion. Data analysis
techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results
of the research show that (1) The management of the Kampung Hijau Program
activities includes planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. The
management of the Green Village Program activities involves the community and
farmer groups, PPL, the Department of Agriculture, and BLH Kota Yogyakarta by
providing training and assistance (2) In the Agro Cluster, community involvement
manifests as the exchange of sharing ideas, labor, assets, and skills. The forms of
community participation are property participation (3) The various community
engagement in the Agro Cluster, such as information sharing, consultation,
functional participation, interactive participation, and self-mobilization.
