ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis kelayakan usaha perkebunan
kelapa sawit rakyat Bapak Parmujiono Desa Petapahan Jaya Kecamatan Tapung
Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau ditinjau dari nilai Net Present Value (NPV) (2)
menganalisis kelayakan usaha perkebunan kelapa sawit rakyat Bapak Parmujiono
Desa Petapahan Jaya Kecamatan Tapung Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau
ditinjau dari nilai Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C Ratio) (3) menganalisis
kelayakan usaha perkebunan kelapa sawit rakyat Bapak Parmujiono Desa
Petapahan Jaya Kecamatan Tapung Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau ditinjau
dari nilai Discounted Payback Period (DPP). Metode dasar yang digunakan dalam
penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Metode penentuan lokasi penelitian dilakukan
secara metode purposive. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan
metode Sampling Purposive. Macam data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan
data sekunder. Sumber data dari petani usaha perkebunan kelapa sawit rakyat
milik Bapak Parmujiono. Metode pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara,
studi pustaka, observasi dan pencatatan. Untuk menganalisis kelayakan finansial
menggunakan metode dari NPV, Net B/C dan DPP. Hasil penelitian usaha
perkebunan kelapa sawit rakyat milik Bapak Parmujiono menunjukan bahwa nilai
Net Present Value (NPV) sebesar Rp. 626,210,345, nilai Net Benefit Cost Ratio
(Net B/C) sebesar 3,14, nilai Discounted Payback Periode (DPP) 8,1 Tahun atau
8 Tahun 1 bulan.

ABSTRACT
The research is aims to (1) analyze the feasibility of smallholder oil palm
plantations, Mr. Parmujiono, Petapahan Jaya Village, Tapung District, Kampar
Regency, Riau Province in terms of the Net Present Value (NPV) (2) analyze the
feasibility of smallholder oil palm plantations, Mr. Parmujiono, Petapahan Jaya
Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency, Province Riau in terms of the Net
Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C Ratio) (3) analyzing analyzing the feasibility of
smallholder oil palm plantations Mr. Parmujiono Petapahan Jaya Village Tapung
District Kampar Regency Riau Province in terms of the value of the Discounted
Payback Period (DPP). The basic method used in this research is descriptive. The
method of determining the location of the study was carried out by the purposive
method. The sampling method uses the Purposive Sampling method. The kinds of
data used are primary data and secondary data. The data source is from
smallholder oil palm plantation farmers belonging to Mr. Parmujiono. Methods of
collecting data using interviews, literature study, observation, and recording.
Financial feasibility analysis using the methods of NPV, Net B/C, and DPP. The
results showed that the smallholder oil palm plantation owned by Mr. Parmujiono
produced a Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp. 626,210,345, the value of the Net
Benefit-Cost Ratio (Net B/C) is 3.14, the value of the Discounted Payback Period
(DPP) is 8.1 years or 8 years, and 1 months.
