Abstract

ABSTRAK
Tes Wawasan Kebangsaan (TWK) merupakan tes yang dilakukan oleh Komisi
Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) sebagai syarat peralihan status pegawai KPK
menjadi Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN). Pelaksanaan TWK ini menimbulkan pro
dan kontra terutama terkait prosedur pelaksanaan dan substansi tes. Pro dan kontra
terkait pelaksanaan TWK kemudian diangkat dalam film dokumenter “The
Endgame”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penanda dan petanda, serta
representasi pegawai KPK dalam mencari keadilan yang digambarkan dalam
dialog-dialog tokoh sebagai pegawai KPK nonaktif karena dinyatakan tidak lolos
Tes Wawasan Kebangsaan (TWK). Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini
yaitu teori semiotika Ferdinand de Saussure yang mengkaji tentang tanda-tanda
melalui analisis penanda dan petanda agar bisa mengetahui makna yang
terkandung dalam film. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode
penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan semiotika Ferdinand de
Saussure. Kemudian, hasil analisis tersebut diuji menggunakan teknik sembilan
formula. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya penanda berupa dialog tokoh
dan petanda yang ditafsirkan adalah bentuk kritik, protes, dan penentangan.
Representasi keadilan dalam tujuh scene di penelitian ini menunjukkan kritik
kritis terhadap prosedur, substansi, dan pelaksanaan TWK.

ABSTRACT
The National Insight Test (TWK) is a test carried out by the Corruption
Eradication Commission (KPK) as a condition for transitioning the status of KPK
employees to State Civil Apparatus (ASN). The implementation of this TWK
raises pros and cons, especially regarding the implementation procedure and the
substance of the test. The pros and cons related to the implementation of TWK
were then raised in the documentary film "The Endgame". This study aims to
determine the markers and markers, as well as the representation of KPK
employees in seeking justice which is described in the dialogues of figures as non�active KPK employees because they are declared not to have passed the National
Insight Test (TWK). The theory used in this research is Ferdinand de Saussure's
semiotic theory which examines signs through analysis of markers and signifieds
in order to know the meaning contained in the film. The research method used is a
qualitative research method using the semiotic approach of Ferdinand de
Saussure. Then, the results of the analysis were tested using the nine formula
technique. The results of this study indicate that there are markers in the form of
character dialogue and the interpreted signs are a form of criticism, protest, and
opposition. The representation of justice in the seven scenes in this study shows a
critical critique of the procedure, substance, and implementation of TWK.
