ABSTRAK
PT Sport Glove Indonesia (SGI) Godean adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang
bergerak di bidang pembuatan sarung tangan kulit dengan hasil produksi salah satunya
yaitu produk Under Armour style Iso Chill Golf Glove. Perusahaan sering mengalami
permasalahan berupa kecacatan produk yang mengalami pengerjaan ulang (repair)
sehingga berdampak pada capaian target yang tidak sesuai dengan yang telah ditetapkan
oleh perusahaan. Pengendalian kualitas yang baik perlu dilakukan oleh perusahaan agar
meminimalkan jumlah kecacatan produk yang dialami. Tujuannya adalah meminimalkan
produk cacat yang dihasilkan pada departemen sewing
Penelitian ini dilakukan pada departemen sewing. Jenis kategori kecacatan
produk yang mengalami repair adalah jebol, jahitan meleset, jari melintir, jari tidak
bulat, jahitan kendor, kerut, bekas jarum, jahitan bantu, jahitan lompat, dan jahitan
putus. Metode Statistical Proses Control (SPC) merupakan metodologi yang digunakan
untuk menganalisa data yang berkaitan dengan kualitas serta yang digunakan dalam
langkah analisa berupa checksheet, fishbone, histogram, diagram pareto dan peta
kendali yang merupakan bagian dari Seven Tools. Langkah dalam penyelesaian
permasalahan dengan berdasarkan data kecacatan Bulan Juli sampai dengan Desember
2021. Berdasarkan analisa yang telah diperoleh yaitu faktor utama terjadinya kecacatan
produk disebabkan oleh faktor manusia dan faktor metode, kesalahan dalam operator
mengerjakan proses operasi sangat berdampak terhadap kualitas produk yang
dihasilkan. Usulan yang diberikan dalam penelitian ini berupa pembentukan tim qcc
dengan menerapkan lembar standar kerja pada tiap proses operasi pembuatan produk
Under Armour style Iso Chill Golf Glove.
Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh sebelum dilakukan usulan perbaikan kecacatan
yang dialami sebesar 8,74% dengan jumlah produk cacat 4.085. Setelah dilakukan
penyelesaian masalah dengan usulan berupa penerapan lembar standar kerja, diperoleh
hasil persentase kecacatan produk sebesar 5,05% dengan jumlah produk cacat 1.801
produk. Terjadi penurunan persentase dan jumlah produk cacat sebesar 3,64% sehingga
dapat dikatakan penerapan lembar standar kerja pada tiap proses operasi dianggap
efektif dan efisien untuk dijadikan solusi bagi perusahaan.

ABSTRACT
PT Sport Glove Indonesia (SGI) Godean is a manufacturing company engaged in
the manufacture of leather gloves, one of which is the Under Armor style Iso Chill Golf
Glove product. Companies often experience problems in the form of product defects that
undergo rework (repair) so that it has an impact on achieving targets that are not in
accordance with what has been set by the company. Good quality control needs to be
done by the company in order to minimize the number of product defects experienced.
The goal is to minimize defective products produced in the sewing department
This research was conducted in the sewing department. The types of product
defect categories undergoing repair are broken, missed stitches, twisted fingers, non�rounded fingers, loose stitches, wrinkles, needle marks, auxiliary stitches, jump stitches,
and broken stitches. Statistical Process Control (SPC) method is a methodology used to
analyze data related to quality and is used in the analysis step in the form of checksheets,
fishbones, histograms, Pareto charts and control charts which are part of Seven Tools.
Steps in solving problems based on defect data from July to December 2021. Based on
the analysis that has been obtained, namely the main factor of product defects caused by
human factors and method factors, errors in the operator working on the operation
process greatly affect the quality of the product produced. The proposal given in this
study is in the form of forming a qcc team by applying a work standard sheet in each
operating process of making Under Armor style Iso Chill Golf Glove products.
Based on the data obtained before the proposed repair of defects experienced by
8.74% with the number of defective products 4.085. After solving the problem with a
proposal in the form of applying a work standard sheet, the results obtained are the
percentage of product defects of 5.05% with a total of 1.801 defective products. There
was a decrease in the percentage and number of defective products by 3.64% so that it
can be said that the application of work standard sheets in each operating process is
considered effective and efficient to be a solution for the company.
