RINGKASAN
PT. Alfa Riung Jaya merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang
pertambangan batubara yang berlokasi di Desa Batalang, Kecamatan Djorong,
Kabupaten Tanah Laut, Kalimantan Selatan. Lokasi penelitian berada di jobsite Pit
C PT. Alfa Riung Jaya. Sistem penambangan yang diterapkan adalah sistem
tambang terbuka.
PT. Alfa Riung Jaya menetapkan target produksi batubara untuk jobsite Pit
C sebesar 150.000 ton/bulan menggunakan kombinasi alat mekanis 2 unit excavator
Caterpillar 340DL dan 7 unit dump truck Scania P380CB dengan jarak hauling
menuju stockpile 984 meter.
Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah belum tercapainya produksi dari alat
muat dan alat angkut sehingga target produksi belum tercapai, terutama pada jobsite
Pit C PT. Alfa Riung Jaya. Kemampuan produksi saat ini untuk alat muat sebesar
271.711,96 ton/bulan dan untuk alat angkut sebesar 126.410,76 ton/bulan. Tidak
tercapainya target produksi disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, baik yang dapat
dihindari maupun yang tidak dapat dihindari.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis produksi alat muat dan
alat angkut, mengidentifikasi faktor – faktor yang menyebabkan tidak tercapainya
produksi alat muat dan angkut, serta memberikan upaya perbaikan agar target
produksi dapat tercapai.
Upaya peningkatan produksi dapat dilakukan dengan cara menambah 1 kali
pengisian bucket dump truck serta perbaikan di faktor – faktor yang menyebabkan
tidak tercapainya target produksi. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan, kemampuan
produksi batubara meningkat dari 271.711,96 ton/bulan menjadi 305.675,96
ton/bulan untuk alat muat dan 126.410,76 ton/bulan menjadi 179.884,96 ton/bulan
untuk alat angkut.v
SUMMARY
PT. Alfa Riung Jaya is a company engaged in coal mining located in
Batalang Village, Djorong District, Tanah Laut Regency, South Kalimantan. The
research location is at the jobsite Pit C PT. Alfa Riung Jaya. The mining system
applied is an open pit mining system.
PT. Alfa Riung Jaya has set a coal production target for the Pit C jobsite of
150,000 tons/month using a combination of 2 unit of Caterpillar 340DL excavators
and 7 units of Scania P380CB dump trucks with a hauling distance of 984 meters
to the stockpile.
The problem faced is that the production of loading equipment and
conveyance has not yet been achieved so that the production target has not been
achieved, especially at the Pit C jobsite PT. Alfa Riung Jaya. The current production
capability for loading equipment is 271,711.96 tons/month and for transportation
equipment is 126,410.76 tons/month. The failure to achieve production targets was
caused by several factors, both avoidable and unavoidable.
This study aims to analyze the production of loading and conveyance
equipment, identify the factors that cause the production of loading and conveyance
equipment not to be achieved, and provide improvement efforts so that production
targets can be achieved.
Efforts to increase production can be done by adding 1 time filling factor of
dump truck as well as improvements in the factors that cause the production target
not to be achieved. After the repairs were made, coal production capacity increased
from 271,711.96 tons/month to 305,675.96 tons/month for loading equipment and
126,410.76 tons/month to 179,884.96 tons/month for hauling equipment.
