PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA
PEGAWAI DI DINAS PERTANIAN PETERNAKAN DAN PERKEBUNAN
KABUPATEN KETAPANG KALIMANTAN BARAT

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) Menganalisis tingkat kepuasan kerja
pegawai (2) Menaganilisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan
kerja pegawai pada. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus pada Dinas
Pertanian Peternakan dan Perkebunan Kabupaten Ketapang Kalimantan
Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan sample jenuh dengan
menggunakan seluruh pegawai yaitu 79 pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data
dengan observasi, wawancara, pencatatan dan dokumentasi. Metode
analisis yang digunakan yaitu, metode analisis linear sederhana, Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Tingkat Kepuasan kerja pegawai berada
pada kategori puas (2) Ada pengaruh positif lingkungan kerja terhadap
kepuasan kerja pegawai

THE INFLUENCE OF WORKING ENVIRONMENT TOWARDS
EMPLOYEE’S WORKING SATISFACTION ON DEPARTMENT OF
AGRICULTURE ANIMAL HUSBANDRY AND PLANTATION IN
KETAPANG REGENCY

ABSTRACT
This Study aims : (1) Level of employee’s working satisfaction (2) The
influence of working environment towards employee’s working satisfaction.
This study were a case study on Department of Agiculture Animal
Husbandry and Plantation in Ketapang regency West Borneo. The
population of this study were all 79 employee’s of Department of Agiculture
Animal Husbandry and Plantation in Ketapang regency West Borneo. The
methods of collecting data were observation, questionnaries, and
documentation. Methods of data analysis were simple linear regression. The
result of this research showed that : (1) Level of employee’s working
satisfaction were within category satisfy (2) There were a positive influence
of working environment towards employee’s working satisfaction.
