Abstract

Pertambangan di Desa Bapangsari, Kecamatan Bagelen, Kabupaten Purworejo, Jawa Tengah sangat banyak dikarenakan laju pembangunan yang tinggi. Pertambangan menyebabkan kerusakan lahan dikarenakan kegiatan eksploitasi. Lahan bekas pertambangan harus segera dilakukan upaya reklamasi dengan mengembalikan fungsi lahan tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui dan mengevaluasi kesesuaian lahan peruntukan tanaman sengon dan ketela pohon pada lahan bekas pertambangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode: (1) metode survei dan pemetaan, (2) metode purposive sampling berdasarkan satuan lahan, (3) metode analisis laboratorium, dan (4) metode weight factor matching. Evaluasi kesesuaian lahan memiliki beberapa parameter yaitu: temperatur(t) 23,9oC, ketersediaan air(w) (curah hujan 2127,9 mm; jumlah bulan kering 4 bulan), media perakaran(r) (kedalaman efektif 0-5,3 m; drainase tanah baik; dan tekstur lempung berpasir), retensi hara(f) (pH H2O 6,21; KTK tanah 36,37 Cmol/kg; dan C-Organik 0,43%), hara tersedia(n) (P2O5 tersedia 2,8 mg/100g; K2O tersedia 2,703 mg/100g; dan N total 0,06%), penyiapan lahan (p) (persen batuan permukaan 1-10% dan persen singkapan > 80%), dan tingkat bahaya erosi (e) (persen lereng 2% - > 65% dan bahaya erosi ringan; berat; sangat berat). Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi kesesuaian lahan terdapat kesesuaian lahan yang paling berat yaitu kesesuaian lahan (Nrnpe) dengan faktor pembatas hara tersedia (n), media perakaran (r), bahaya erosi (e), dan penyiapan lahan (p). Kata Kunci: Lahan Bekas Pertambangan; Kesesuaian Lahan; Evaluasi Lahan ABSTRACT Mining in Desa Bapangsari, Kecamatan Bagelen, Kabupaten Purworejo, Jawa Tengah is very much due to the high rate of development. Mining causes land damage due to exploitation activities. Ex-mining land must be immediately reclamated by restoring the function of the land. This study aims to determine and evaluate the suitability of land for silk tree and cassava plants on ex-mining land. This research uses the method: (1) survey and mapping method, (2) purposive sampling method based on land unit, (3) laboratory analysis method, and (4) weight factor matching method. Evaluation of land suitability has several parameters, namely: temperature(t) 23.9oC, water availability(w) (rainfall 2127.9 mm; dry month number 4 months), root media(r) (effective depth 0-5.3 m ; good soil drainage; and sandy loam texture), nutrient retention (f) (pH H2O 6.21; soil CEC 36.37 Cmol/kg; and C-Organic 0.43%), available nutrient(n) (available P2O5 2.8 mg/100g; available K2O 2.703 mg/100g; and total N 0.06%, land preparation (p) (percent surface rock 1-10% and percent outcrop > 80%), and erosion hazard level (e ) (slope percentage 2% - > 65% and erosion hazard is light; severe; very severe) . Based on the results of the evaluation of land suitability, the most severe land suitability is land suitability (Nrnpe) with limiting factors for r available nutrients (n), rooting media (r), erosion hazard (e), and land preparation (p).
