Abstract

PT Mitra Rekatama Mandiri merupakan industri yang bergerak dibidang pengecoran logam, PT Mitra Rekatama Mandiri dalam menjalankan bisnisnya masih memfokuskan pada pencapaian kuntungan yang dihasilkan dan penilaian kinerja tenaga kerja secara perorangan. Hal tersebut membuat perusahaan mengabaikan aspek-aspek lain seperti aspek tenaga kerja serta sarana dan prasarana perusahaan dan aspek lainnya. Penilitian ini menggunakan metode Integrated Performance Measurement System (IPMS) untuk mengevaluasi pengukuran kinerja perusahaan. Konsep dari metode Integrated Performance Measurement Systems (IPMS) yang efektif, efisien, teruji, dan mencakup seluruh aspek-aspek perusahaan yakni dari jenjang manajemen teratas atau level bisnis sampai turun ke seluruh aktivitas yang ada. Konsep pengukuran ini sangat penting bagi perusahaan agar secara efektif dapat mengelola tanggung jawab terencana dengan melibatkan kebutuhan stakeholder. Hasil evaluasi dari penilitian pengukuran kinerja menggunakan metode Integrated Performance Measurement System (IPMS) memperoleh sebanyak 28 Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dan hasil pencapaian kinerja menunjukan bahwa nilai kinerja perusahaan telah mengalami kenaikan selama dua tahun terakhir ini yaitu pada tahun 2016 sebesar 2,772 sedang pada tahun 2017 sebesar 14,866 dan tahun 2018 sebesar 35,491, sementara Index Produtivitas (IP) yang dihasilkan mengalami penurunan dari tahun 2017 menuju tahun 2018 yakni penurunan produktivitas sebesar 3,26 %. Hasil pengukuran kinerja dalam penilitian ini diharapkan menjadi tolak ukur bagi perusahaan untuk memperbaiki kinerja dimasa yang akan datang. This makes the company ignore other aspects such as aspects of manpower, company's facilities and infrastructure, and other aspects. This research used the Integrated Performance Measurement System (IPMS) method to evaluate the company's performance measurement. The concept of an Integrated Performance Measurement Systems (IPMS) method which is effective, efficient, tested, and covers all aspects of the company is to measure from the top management level or business level down to all existing activities. This measurement concept is very important for the companies to effectively manage planned responsibilities by involving the needs of stakeholders. The results of the evaluation of the performance measurement research using the Integrated Performance Measurement System (IPMS) is it obtained 28 Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and the results of the performance achievement showed that the value of the company's performance has increased during the last two years, in 2016 it amounted to 2,772 then in 2017 it amounted to 14,866 and in 2018 it amounted to 35,491. Meanwhile, the Productivity Index (PI) produced has decreased from 2017 to 2018 which decrease in productivity amounted to 3,26%. The results of the performance measurements in this study are expected to be a benchmark for companies to improve their performance in the future.
