Abstract
CV. Mega Jaya Logam merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri pengecoran logam dan permesinan. Proses produksi yang dilakukan oleh CV. Mega Jaya Logam adalah dengan meleburkan besi cor (FC) dengan ditambahkan beberapa material lain yang nantinya akan dituangkan ke tanah yang telah dibentuk menggunakan cetakan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh pencahayaan pada lingkungan kerja pada CV. Mega Jaya Logam dengan menambah pencahayaan terhadap tingkat kelelahan pekerja. Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas, maka dibutuhkan perbaikan sistem kerja yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan. Perbaikan lingkungan kerja fisik meliputi aspek pencahayaan yang juga mempengaruhi tingkat kelelahan pekerja menggunakan metode titik (Point-to-Point Method). Perbaikan lingkungan kerja diperlukan untuk mendapat kondisi lingkungan kerja yang baik sehingga pekerja dapat melakukan aktivitas dengan baik dan menghasilkan produk yang optimal. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dan analisis yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan usulan perbaikan lingkungan kerja fisik dari segi pencahayaan dipilih lampu Philips Essential 5 watt yang menghasilkan intensitas cahaya pada mesin 1 sebesar 331,93 lux, pada mesin 2 sebesar 384,39 lux, pada mesin 3 sebesar 384,39 lux, pada mesin 4 sebesar 331,93 lux yang akan memenuhi standar internasional yang dikeluarkan oleh IES dan CIE sebesar 300 lux dengan total jumlah lampu yang dipakai sebanyak 4 lampu untuk masing-masing mesin bubut. Kata Kunci : Pencahayaan, Metode Titik, Ergonomi xii ABSTRACT CV. Mega Jaya Logam is a company engaged in the metal casting and machining industry. The production process carried out by CV. Mega Jaya Logam is to melt cast iron (FC) with the addition of several other materials which will later be poured into the dirt that has been formed using molds. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of lighting on the work environment on the CV. Mega Jaya Logam by adding lighting to the level of fatigue of the workers. Based on the above problems, it is necessary to improve the working system carried out by the company. Improvements for the physical work environment includes lighting aspects which will also affect the level of fatigue of the workers using the Point-to-Point Method. Improvement of the work environment is needed to get a good working environment so that workers can carry out activities well and produce optimal products. Based on the results of data processing and analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that the proposed improvement of the physical work environment in terms of lighting was selected Philips 5 watt essential lamps which produce light intensity on machine 1 at 331.93 lux, on machine 2 at 384.39 lux, on machine 3 it was 384.39 lux, on machine 4 it was 331.93 lux which would meet the international standards issued by IES and CIE at 300 lux with a total number of lights used by 4 lamps for each lathe.
