Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk: Menganalisis dampak program CSR PT. Pertamina RU IV Cilacap terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat di Kabupaten Cilacap. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yaitu melalui wawancara dan kuisioner. Data wawancara diperoleh secara langsung dengan pihak PT. Pertamina RU IV Cilacap, sedangkan data kuisioner diperoleh dari UMKM yang menerima dana dari program CSR yang dilakukan oleh PT. Pertamina RU IV Cilacap sebanyak 36 orang. Teknik analisis data yang pertama menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, yaitu uji normalitas, dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil perhitungan besaran dana CSR di PT. Pertamina RU IV Cilacap yaitu, 0-Rp 25.000.000 sebesar 3,03% (1 orang), Rp 25.000.000-Rp 50.000.000 sebesar 48,48% (16 orang), dan Rp 50.000.000-Rp 75.000.000 sebesar 48,48% (16 orang). Hasil analisis uji hipoetsis menunjukkan bahwa t hitung 2,312 > t tabel 1,694, dan nilai signifikansi 0,027 < 0,05. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil yaitu ada perbedaan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Kabupaten Cilacap setelah dan sebelum diberikan Program CSR PT. Pertamina RU IV Cilacap, artinya bahwa program CSR PT. Pertamina RU IV Cilacap memberikan dampak yang positif terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat di Kabupaten Cilacap. Kata Kunci: dampak, program CSR PT.
