Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) menganalisis jumlah persediaan produk donat kentang yang optimal menggunakan metode POQ di Jogja Donuts, 2) mengetahui selisih (penghematan) total biaya persediaan produk donat kentang menggunakan metode POQ di Jogja Donuts, 3) menganalisis trend penjualan produk donat kentang di Jogja Donuts pada periode 27 hari yang akan datang, 4) mengetahui aliran reverse logistics produk donat kentang di Jogja Donuts. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode dasar deskriptif. Metode pelaksanaan penelitian menggunakan metode survei dan metode penentuan lokasi penelitian menggunakan metode purposif. Teknik analisis dengan menggunakan POQ, total biaya persediaan, dan trend. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa 1) persediaan produk donat kentang yang optimal menggunakan metode POQ di Jogja Donuts yaitu sebesar 681 per pesanan dengan waktu antara pesanan 3 hari, 2) selisih (penghematan) total biaya persediaan produk donat kentang menggunakan metode POQ di Jogja Donuts sebesar Rp101.504,00 per 3 bulan atau sebesar 29,30% dari total biaya persediaan yang dikeluarkan, 3) trend penjualan produk donat kentang di Jogja Donuts pada periode 27 hari yang akan datang cenderung meningkat, 4) aliran reverse logistics produk donat kentang di Jogja Donuts terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu jual kembali sebanyak 1.117 buah atau sebesar 14,79%, dan donasi sebanyak 6.436 buah atau sebesar 85,21% dari keseluruhan jumlah produk retur. This study uses a descriptive basic method. The method for conducting this research uses a survey method. The methods for determining the location of research and determining the respondents uses purposive methods. The results of the study are analyzed using POQ, total inventory costs, and trends. This study shows that 1) the optimal inventory of the potato doughnut products that uses the POQ method in Jogja Donuts is equal to 681 per order for the time of 3 days ordering, 2) the difference (savings) the total cost of inventoryof potato doughnut products that uses the POQ method in Jogja Donuts is 101,504.00 rupiahs or 29.30% of the total inventory costs incurred, 3) the sales trend of potato doughnut products in Jogja Donuts for the next 27 days tends to increase, 4) the reverse logistics flow of potato doughnut products in Jogja Donuts is divided into two, namely the resale of 1,117 or 14.79%, and the donations of 6,436 or 85.21% of the total returns.
