Abstract

ABSTRAKSI This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment on work discipline by mediating work motivation. The variables used in this study are work environment, work motivation and work discipline. The population in this study were all employees of the DEEPUBLISH PUBLISHER production department in Sleman, Yogyakarta, which 172 employees in totals. The sample used in this study amounted to 64 respondents, the study was chosen using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The analyst tool used is the Path Analysis and the sobel test. The results of the study show that 1). The work environment directly has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. 2). The work environment indirectly influences the work discipline by mediating work motivation Keywords: Work Environment, Work Motivation, Work Discipline
