Abstract

CV Salim Silver merupakan salah satu industri kerajinan perak yang berada di kawasan sentra kerajinan perak Kotagede, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. CV Salim Silver memproduksi berbagai jenis kerajinan mulai dari pajangan hingga perhiasan seperti, cincin. Dalam mengerjakan pesanan, perusahaan ini dihadapkan pada keterbatasan tenaga kerja. Selama ini pengalokasian tenaga kerja di CV Salim Silver belum dilaksanakan dengan baik sehingga sering berakibat terhadap keterlambatan dalam penyelesaian proyek. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan alokasi tenaga kerja pada CV Salim Silver dengan melakukan alokasi tenaga kerja (multiple resource) dengan memperhatikan jenis tenaga kerja Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Algoritma Multiple-Project Multiple-Resource. Prinsip dasar yang digunakan dalam metode ini adalah proyek yang memiliki bobot prioritas paling besar akan dikerjakan terlebih dahulu. Tenaga kerja dialokasikan sesuai dengan kualifikasinya. Tenaga kerja yang tidak terpakai dapat dialokasikan ke proyek berikutnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode yang digunakan dapat menyelesaikan proyek P1,P2, dan P3 selama 11 jam, 9,5 jam, dan 11,5 jam dengan alokasi tenaga kerja 1 orang tenaga kerja khusus tetap, 1 orang khusus borongan, 2 orang umum tetap, dan 1 orang umum borongan. Proyek P4 dapat diselesaikan selama 13,5 jam dengan alokasi tenaga kerja 2 orang tenaga kerja khusus tetap, 2 orang khusus borongan, 2 orang umum tetap, dan 1 orang umum borongan. Penelitian ini dapat dikembangkan dengan mempertimbangkan upah tenaga kerja. CV of Salim Silver produces various types of craft ranging from display up to like jewelry, rings. In order, the company was faced with the limitations of the workforce. During this time of allocating labor on CV Salim Silver have not been executed so well that often result in delays in completion of the project against. This research is intended to solve the problem of the allocation of labor on CV Salim Silver by doing the labor allocation (multiple resource) having regard to the type of labor The methods used in this research is the Multiple-Project Multiple-Resource algorithm. The basic principle used in this method is a project that has the greatest priority weighting will be done first. Manpower is allocated in accordance with the credentials. Unused labor can be allocated to the next project. The results showed that the method used could complete the P1, P2, and P3 projects for 11 hours, 9.5 hours, and 11.5 hours with a workforce allocation of 1 permanent staff, 1 special contractor, 2 general permanent employees , and 1 general contractor. The P4 project can be completed for 13.5 hours with the allocation of workforce of 2 permanent special workers, 2 special contract workers, 2 permanent general people, and 1 general contractor.
