Abstract

Koperasi memiliki peran penting sesuai dengan pasal 33 (1) UUD 1945, perlu adanya peningkatan kinerja dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi yang didukung dengan kompetensi karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja karyawan secara langsung maupun melalui kompetensi karyawan koperasi susu warga mulya. Populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah 32 orang karyawan koperasi susu warga mulya dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sample dengan menggunakan teknik sensus. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan angket berupa kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan Structure Equation Model (SEM) berbasis PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemanfaatan Teknologi informasi secara langsung meningkatkan kinerja karyawan koperasi susu warga mulya. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi juga meningkatkan kinerja karyawan koperasi susu warga mulya melalui kompetensi.

ABSTRACT
Cooperatives have an important role in accordance with article 33 (1) of the 1945 Constitution, it is necessary to increase performance by utilizing information technology that is supported by employee competencies. This study aims to determine the effect of information technology on employee performance directly or through the competence of employees of the Warga Mulya Dairy cooperative. The population in the study amounted to 32 employees of the Warga Mulya Dairy cooperative where all populations were sampled using census techniques. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires in the form of questionnaires and analyzed using Structure Equation Model (SEM) based on PLS. The results of the study show that the use of information technology directly improves the performance of employees of the Warga Mulya Dairy cooperative. The use of information technology also improves the performance of employees of the Mulya dairy cooperative through competence. Keywords: Information Technology, Competence, Employee Performance.
