Abstract
This research are aimed to (1) feasibility analysis poultry farm “Cindelaras Farm” from the financial aspect; (2) Analyze the sensitivity of laying chicken farm “Cindelaras Farm” if there is an increase in feed prices 1,25% on a monthly basis and the decline in selling prices of egg 10% on a monthly basis. The basic method of research is descriptive Method. The implementation method uses survey and determining location method uses purposive method. The prime of data are primary an secondary. The source of data is from poultry, village hed’s office, distric office, literature books. The technicque of data collection are interview, observe and record. The result of poultry farm “Cindelaras Farm” in Krakitan, Bayat, Klaten is feasible to develope based on the value of NPV is positively about Rp 388.242.559 an value of IRR is about 2,951% so, in the other words it is feasible to be bussines. For the sensitivity analysis of poultry farm “Cindelaras Farm” is not sensitive at the level of the feed prices increase of 1,25% on a mounthly basis and in sensitive to decrease the selling price of eggs by 10% on a mounthly basis.
