Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh konflik kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan stres kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dimana data dan informasi dikumpulkan melalui survei dengan alat bantu kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Probability Sampling dengan jenis cluster sampling kepada 112 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur atau path analysis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis yang telah dilakukan, disimpulkan bahwa konflik kerja berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan karena koefisien tingkat signifikan dan stres kerja memediasi konflik kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. This study uses a quantitative approach, where data and information are collected through surveys with questionnaires. Sampling technique in this research using Probability Sampling technique with type of cluster sampling to 112 respondents. Data analysis method used in this research is path analysis or path analysis. Based on the results of research and analysis that have been done, it is concluded that the conflict work positive but not significant because the coefficient of significant level and work stress mediate work conflict positively affect the employee performance.
