Abstract

Proved gains in oil production wells can be conducted with some methods, such as by Water Flooding (Water section), CO2 Flooding (CO2 injection) and Artificial lift. Infield "X", "Y" layer is increased oil recovery is done the method of COl Flooding. The selection of methods to improve recovery with CO2 Flooding on the field "X" using CO2 gas because, 1. CO2 gas does not react with water or oil, 2. availability of CO2 is abundant. The wells are used as injection wells in the process of CO2 injection are in water flooding wells and wells in the same layer. The results of development scenario using CO2 injection to obtain recovery factor (RF) of 86.84%.
