Abstract
PT. Trubaindo Coal Mining has an area about 23,650 hectares. Based on the results of field surveys and exploration drilling activities found as many as 11 seam of Coal. Coal deposits have strike to the north, and the angle of subduction (dip) ranges from 20º - 40º. The problems in this research is PT. Trubaindo Coal Mining needs to do the designing mining on a monthly basis with a production targets companies and stripping ratio (SR) a maximum of 15: 1. The total amount of coal production for 8 months was 426,000 Tons and total of overburden stripping amounted to 3.623.000 BCM. The results which has been obtained for coal production of coal in the area of mining, conducted over 8 months: a. First Month of Coal production amounted to 25,000 tons, overburden stripping of 220,000 BCM with a stripping ratio (SR) of 8.8: 1. b. Second Month Coal production amounted to 29,000 tons, stripping lapissan cover of 304,000 BCM with the stripping ratio (SR) 10.4: 1. c. The three-month production amounted to 38,000 tons of coal, overburden stripping at 449 000 BCM by stripping ratio (SR) 11.8: 1. d. The four-month production amounted to 57,000 tons of coal, overburden stripping of 513,000 BCM with a stripping ratio (SR) 9: 1. e. Fifth Month Coal production amounted to 60,000 tons, overburden stripping of 497,000 BCM with a stripping ratio (SR) 8.3: 1. f. The six-month production amounted to 68,000 tons of coal, overburden stripping of 553,000 BCM with a stripping ratio (SR) 8.1: 1. g. The seven-month production amounted to 69,000 tons of coal, overburden stripping of 522,000 BCM with a stripping ratio (SR) 7.6: 1. h. Eighth Month Coal production amounted to 80,000 tons, overburden stripping of 565,000 BCM with a stripping ratio (SR) 7.1: 1. For digging and loading equipments that will be used to strip the material of overburden is backhoes Hitachi EX1900, Komatsu PC1250, and Hitachi ZX450 takes 1 unit / month, hauling equipments used to transport overburden is dump truck Komatsu HD 785 and dump trucks Scania P380 needed 2-10 units / month. Digging and loading equipments that will be used to Coal getting is a backhoe excavator Komatsu PC300, it takes 1-2 units / month, hauling equipments that will be used to transport coal is a dump truck Scania P420, it takes 8-16 units / month. Landfill cover will be carried on the pit dump located to the South of Pit 3000 Block 1A. The width of haul road to a straight road is 20 m and 30 m for turning point with a slope of road transport (grade) up to 10%
