Abstract
One international issues that interest is relation to health, various diseases attacking every country of the world, one who interest is HIV/AIDS. HIV/AIDS is a virus infectious attack the human immune system, so that humans infected the virus the immune system will decline. One of the countries its inhabitants infected with HIV/AIDS was kenya where the rate HIV/AIDS infection in kenya a fairly high and causing the kenyan government not be able to address, so that the kenyan government have the emergency status HIV/AIDS in 1999. To reduce the number of HIV/AIDS infection , the kenyan government in collaboration with the United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS ( UNAIDS ). In kenya UNAIDS having some programs to reduce the number of new infections HIV/AIDS and by 2 way, is to do prevention and take effective treatment. In prevention, unaids socialized on HIV/AIDS and socialization condom use accompanied by the distribution of condoms, preventing the from mother to child, preventing of narcotics users and conduct HIV/AIDS testing, while medication program to unaids do the treatment of antiretroviral therapy ( ART ) .
