Abstract
Modern terrorism requires a more systematic action and planned. face the threat of international terrorism and regional BIN requires a more systematic performance improvement. From 2002 to 2008 BIN in cooperation with the U.S., has a contract of cooperation in order to improve the performance of BIN. The cooperation contracts are implemented in three functions and roles BIN, among others: Investigations, Security and Fundraising. Through the cooperation BIN expected to increase functionality and its role in dealing with regional and international terrorism better and more professional. Key Words: Terrorism, BIN, AS, IUSSD.
