Abstract
Capital structure proxied by the ratio of total debt to book value of equity at the end of a particular company. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of firm size, liquidity, profitability, asset structure and growth companies on capital structure, either jointly or partial. Analysis tools used in this study is the Multiple Regression Analysis to Test Assumptions Classical and performed with SPSS for Windows. Hypothesis testing is performed using the F test and t test. The results showed that the variables jointly affect the capital structure. Partial variable affecting the company's capital structure is the size and growth of the company, whereas no effect was variable liquidity, profitability and asset structure. Struktur Modal diproksi dengan rasio total hutang berdasarkan nilai buku terhadap ekuitas perusahaan pada akhir tahun tertentu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh faktor ukuran perusahaan, likuiditas, profitabilitas, pertumbuhan perusahaan dan struktur aktiva terhadap struktur modal, baik secara bersama-sama maupun parsial. Alat analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Analisis Regresi Berganda dengan Uji Asumsi Klasik dan dilakukan dengan bantuan program SPSS for Windows. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal. Secara parsial variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal adalah ukuran perusahaan dan pertumbuhan perusahaan, sedangkan variabel yang tidak berpengaruh adalah likuiditas, profitabilitas dan struktur aktiva. Kata Kunci : Struktur Modal, ukuran perusahaan, likuiditas, profitabilitas, pertumbuhan perusahaan, dan struktur aktiva.
