Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU), Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK), dan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) terhadap Belanja Daerah (BD) serta terjadi dan tidaknya flypaper effect. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dari laporan Realisasi Pendapatan dan Belanja Pemerintah Kota dan Kabupaten di DIY tahun 2005-2011. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah multiple regression. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dana Alokasi Umum, Dana Alokasi Khusus dan Pendapatan Asli Daerah berpengaruh terhadap Belanja Daerah, serta tidak terjadi flypaper effect pada Belanja Daerah Pemerintah Kota dan Kabupaten di DIY. Kata kunci: Dana, Pendapatan, Belanja, flypaper Effect. This study aims to examine the effect of the General Allocation Fund (DAU), the Special Allocation Fund (DAK), and revenue (PAD) of Expenditure (BD) as well as place and whether the flypaper effect. The data used in this study is secondary data from reports Actual Revenues and Expenditures Government of the City and County in the province in 2006-2010. Model analysis used was multiple regression. Research results indicate that the General Fund and Special Allocation Revenue influence on regional expenditure, and does not occur flypaper on Government Expenditure City and County in DIY.
