Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk menguji pengaruh terpaan berita
korupsi SKH Kedaulatan Rakyat terhadap perilaku masyarakat di Kotamadya
Yogyakarta, Untuk menguji peran variabel motif penyusunan media dalam
memoderasi terpaan berita korupsi SKH Kedaulatan Rakyat terhadap perilaku
masyarakat di Kotamadya Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel
penelitian 100 responden dengan alat analisa data menggunakan Regresi
sederhana dengan uji F dan uji t.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terpaan berita korupsi mempunyai pengaruh
yang positif atau searah terhadap perilaku pembaca dan adanya hubungan yang
positif dan signifikan antara terpaan berita Korupsi pada harian lokal Kedaulatan
Rakyat Yogyakarta terhadap perilaku waspada masyarakat di Kotamadya
Yogyakarta.
Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan
antara terpaan berita Korupsi pada harian lokal Kedaulatan Rakyat Yogyakarta
terhadap perilaku waspada masyarakat di Kotamadya Yogyakarta.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of exposure to
corruption news SKH Kedaulatan Rakyat on the behavior of the people in the
municipality of Yogyakarta, the motive variables to examine the role of media in
the preparation of moderate exposure to corruption news SKH Kedaulatan Rakyat
on the behavior of the community in the Municipality of Yogyakarta. This
research study sampled 100 respondents with a data analysis tool using a simple
regression with F test and t test.
Results showed exposure to news corruption has a positive influence or
direct the behavior of the reader and a positive and significant relationship
between exposure to news of corruption in a local newspaper People's
Sovereignty Yogyakarta on the behavior of the community in the Municipality of
Yogyakarta alert.
The conclusion of this study is there is a positive and significant
correlation between exposure to news of corruption in a local newspaper
Kedaulatan Rakyat Yogyakarta on the behavior of the community in the
Municipality of Yogyakarta alert.
