Abstract
The mining is a form sub-system of natural resources system. It was coordinated management system necessary. The finish mining activated was to intend land use should be adjusted with to new intend by land use Law No.24/1992 and No. 26/2007 or general land use planning of landscape area. The mining activated was consistence to be responsible on environment but that is mining built have principle sustainable building. Applications of reclamation in order to efficient and to benefit it had should be planning together each other planning before started mining activities. Ex open pit mining can reclaimed as reservoir, picnic area, real estate, agriculture and farming. The reclamation technical can should be support bio-environment by way: (a) At that moment open land, vegetations crop were should be slash after compensation of land, build and crop, (b) The top soil was to remove as stock file for maintenance did not slide, (c) Distribution of the run-off in this mining area were arrangement in order to be save, it prohibited were sedimentation, (d) Open pit mining were should be started from upper toward lower area for decreasing slide and erosion, and (e) The diggings of the soil was carried out in a manner efficient.
