Abstract
Buruh Migran Indonesia (BMI) adalah salah satu bagian warga negara yang telah memberikan sumbangan besar bagi Negara. Namun mereka masih saja terdiskriminasi dan hak-haknya belum terpenuhi secara mendasar. Terutama yang terjadi dengan buruh migrant Indonesia di Hong Kong. Demi memperjuangkan kepentingannya maka buruh migrant Indonesia di Hongkong membentuk Asosiasi Tenaga Kerja Indonesia di Hong Kong (ATKI-HK). Asosiasi Tenaga Kerja Indonesia di Hong Kong (ATKI-HK) adalah organisasi massa yang menghimpun buruh-buruh migran Indonesia yang bekerja di Hong Kong. Yaitu kelompok kepentingan adalah asosiasi dari individu yang memiliki tujuan bersama dan yang bekerja sama untuk mencapai tujuan mereka dengan mencoba untuk mempengaruhi kebijakan pemerintah. ATKI-HK berperan sebagai kelompok kepentingan yang membela dan menyuarakan pemenuhan hak dan perlindungan terhadap Buruh Migran Indonesia (BMI) di Hong Kong. Tujuan ATKI-HK agar pemerintah Hong Kong dan pemerintah Indonesia dapat membuat kebijakan yang memberikan perhatian dan perlindungan terhadap MBI di Hong Kong. Pada akhirnya upaya mereka itu memperoleh hasil, hai itu tercermin dari kebijakan-kebijakan pemerintah Indonesia dan Hongkong yang mengakomodir kepentingan mereka. Indonesian Migrant Workers (BMI) is one part of citizens who have contributed immensely to the country. But they are still discriminated against and their rights have not been substantially fulfilled. Especially the case with Indonesian migrant workers in Hong Kong. On behalf of the interests the Indonesian migrant workers in Hong Kong to form the Association of Indonesian Migrant Workers in Hong Kong (ATKI-HK). Association of Indonesian Migrant Workers in Hong Kong (ATKI-HK) is a mass organization that collects Indonesian migrant workers who work in Hong Kong. Ie interest group is an association of individuals who have a common goal and work together to achieve their goals by trying to influence government policy. ATKI-HK act as interest groups defending and voicing the fulfillment of rights and protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers (BMI) in Hong Kong. Goal-HK ATKI that the Hong Kong government and the Indonesian government can make policies that provide care and protection to the MBI in Hong Kong. In the end their efforts to obtain the result, O is reflected in the policies of the government of Indonesia and Hong Kong to accommodate their interests.
