Abstract
ABSTRACT General Border Committee (GBC) GBC is a form of continuous cooperation between the Government of Indonesia and the Government of Malaysia which was established in 1971. General Border Committee (GBC) has an important role in the management of the Indonesia-Malaysia border. GBC roles include, border security cooperation management and socio-economic management cooperation Indonesia-Malaysia border region. It is a cooperative effort involving the strategic institutions. This cooperation has also become an important part in building and maintaining a mutually beneficial relationship for both countries. In the development of the General Border Committee (GBC) has become a forum for both countries to establish relations of cooperation in border management. Border between the two countries so that problems can be completed regularly and continuously.
