Abstract
Industri kecil dianggap menjadi pilihan yang tepat selain karena mampu bertahan terhadap krisis, sektor industri kecil juga merupakan usaha yang bersifat padat karya; tidak membutuhkan persyaratan tertentu seperti: tingkat pendidikan, keahlian (keterampilan) pekerja; penggunaan modal usaha yang relatif sedikit dan teknologi yang digunakan cenderung sederhana. Salah satu sektor industri yang cukup berkembang di Kabupaten Sleman adalah sektor Industri Pasir Semen di Dusun Bantulan, Sidoarum, Godean Kabupaten Sleman, DIY. Industri pasir semen adalah industri yang memproduksi berbagai macam Loster (ventilasi rumah/tempat sirkulasi udara) dan juga produsen variasi-variasi hiasan rumah, taman, pagar, dan lain-lain yang berhubungan dengan perlengkapan pekerjaan pembangunan rumah dari bahan dasar pasir dan semen. permasalahan yang ingin dianalisis dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimanakah pengaruh Modal, Tingkat Upah dan produktifitas tenaga kerja terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja pada industri Pasir Semen di Dusun Bantulan, Sidoarum, Godean Kabupaten Sleman, DIY. Analisis yang digunakan untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut adalah deskripsi statistik, analisis matematika sederhana dan regresi linier berganda (OLS). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Variabel Tingkat Upah tidak berpengaruh secara statistik terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja, Variabel Produktifitas berpengaruh signifikan secara statistik terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja dan Variabel Modal Produksi berpengaruh signifikan secara statistik terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di industri pasir semen Dusun Bantulan.
