Abstract
Penelitian tentang Proyeksi Penduduk Sebagai Informasi Pengambilan Kebijakan dimasa mendatang di Kabupaten Sleman, bertujuan untuk mengetahui informasi dari kebijakan yang telah dilakukan pada tahun-tahun yang lalu, dan dengan mengasumsikan tahun mendatang, dapat diperoleh informasi kondisi ke depan dan dapat digunakan untuk pengambilan kebijakan dimasa mendatang. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analisis, dengan menggunakan alat analisis Spektrum Model Demography dan RAPID. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan November-Desember tahun 2012, di Kabupaten Sleman, dengan menganalisis data sekunder hasil Sensus Penduduk 2010, data bidang ekonomi, data bidang pendidikan, data bidang kesehatan dan data bidang pertanian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk dan bidang ekonomi berpengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. Jumlah penduduk banyak, penyediaan pemenuhan kebutuhan juga banya, jika pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk tidak diimbangi dengan pertumbuhan sumber daya termasuk peningkatan PDB maka kesejahteraan masyarakat akan jauh dari tercapai. Pertumbuhan penduduk dan bidang pendidikan berpengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. Jika jumlah penduduk besar, pembiayaan untuk pendidikan juga besar, sedang pertumbuhan ekonomi tidak sebanding dengan pertumbuhan penduduk atau pertumbuhan ekonomi lebih kecil dari pertumbuhan penduduk . Jika pertumbuhan ekonomi hanya digunakan untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan pendidikan saja , maka kebutuhan sektor lain atau kebutuhan untuk pemenuhan komponen pertumbuhan ekonomi akan terhambat, pertumbuhan ekonomi tidak dapat meningkat dengan cepat dan kesejahteraan penduduk akan jauh dari harapan. Pertumbuhan penduduk dan bidang kesehatan berpengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. Jika jumlah penduduk besar, maka alokasi untuk pembiayaan kesehatan juga banyak. Jika pertumbuhan ekonomi hanya untuk membiayai bidang kesehatan, maka kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian akan terhambat, dampaknya pertumbuhan ekonomi tidak dapat meningkat dengan cepat dan kesejahteraan penduduk akan jauh dari harapan. Pertumbuhan penduduk dan bidang pertanian berpengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. Jika jumlah penduduk banyak, sedang pertumbuhan lahan pertanian tetap maka kebutuhan penduduk tidak akan terpenuhi dan kesejahteraan penduduk jauh dari tercapai. Research on Population Projections For information on future Policy Making in Sleman district, aims to find the information from the policy that has been done in years past, and assuming the next year, state information can be obtained in the future and can be used for decision making in future. The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis using spectrum analysis tool Demography and RAPID models. The research was conducted in November-December 2012, in Sleman regency, by analyzing secondary data Population Census 2010 results, the fields data of economic, education health, and agricultural . The results showed that the growth of population and economic influence on the welfare of society. The population of many, too many needs provision, if population growth is not matched by the growth of resources, including an increase in GDP the public welfare will be far from achieved. Population growth and education affect the well-being of society. If a large population, funding for education is also a large, moderate economic growth comparable to population growth or economic growth is less than population growth. If economic growth is only used for only educational needs, the needs of other sectors or the need for compliance with the components of economic growth will be hampered, economic growth can not be increased quickly and welfare of the population will be far from expectations. Population growth and the health impact on the welfare of the community. If the population is large, then the allocation for health funding too much. If economic growth only to finance the health sector, the need to boost the economy will be hampered, the impact of economic growth can not be increased quickly and welfare of the population will be far from expectations. Population growth and agriculture affect the public welfare. If the population of many, moderate growth in agriculture remains the needs of the population will not be met and the welfare of the population far from achieved.
