Abstract
Tesis ini membahas secara umum penggemukan sapi di Desa Donoharjo Kecamatan Ngaglik Kabupaten Sleman. Secara khusus membahas tentang bagaimana baiknya sumber-sumber daya ekonomi dalam proses produksi untuk menghasilkan output. Sumber daya ekonomi yang merupakan input antara lain bakalan sapi, jumlah bekatul, jumlah konsentrat, jumlah hijauan, dan lama masa penggemukan sapi sedangkan outputnya adalah nilai produksi daging sapi. Pembahasan yang digunakan dalam penulisan tesis ini adalah metode DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) Dari berbagai jenis sapi yang efisien untuk diusahakan adalah jenis sapi Brangus yang secara teknis sebesar 100,00%. Efisiensi terjadi bila waktu yang digunakan adalah 3 bulan dengan menggunakan bakalan sapi yang yang beratnya berkisar antara 200 – 250 kg Kata kunci: efisiensi relatif, penggemukan, data envelopment analysis This thesis intended to determine the level of relative effectiveness cow fattening in the district of Donoharjo, Ngaglik, Sleman. Specifically, talking about the economic resources in the production process to produce output. Economic resources that are inputs are the prospective cattle, the quantity of bran, concentrate, forage and the periode of cattle fattening. Morover for the output is the value of meat production. The discussion in this thesis using the method of DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) The various cows types that are cultivated, the most efficient type of Brangus cattle, which reached the technical efficiency of 100.00%. Efficiency occurs when the time used is 3 months using prospective cattle weighing ranges from 200-250 kg Key words : relative efficiency, fattening, data envelopment analysis
