Abstract

This study aims to (1) Analyzing the level of the gap between the profile
of the internal environment to the external environment on the profile of PT. Adi
Satria Abadi. (2) Determining the right alternative strategies to be applied to the
PT. Adi Satria Abadi to deal with the business environment. The research method
used descriptive method. The method of research used case study. To marketing
strategy analysis seen from profile internal and external environment in agro
industries tannery PT. Adi Satria Abadi used analyze competitive audit.
Results of this research show (1) Inequalities PT. Adi Satria Abadi
between internal environmental profile (CAP) is more aggressive than the external
environment profile (CSP). (2) The right strategy is applied to PT. Adi Satria
Abadi using competitive marketing audit model approach is at Selling oriented
auditing company (2,5C).
