Abstract

Jambu air Dalhari adalah varietas jambu air yang diunggulkan di Kecamatan Berbah Kabupaten Sleman yang sudah ada dan terus dikembangkan untuk mencapai
produktivitas dan mutu yang tinggi melalui penerapan SOP-GAP. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat keberhasilan penerapan budidaya jambu air
Dalhari sesuai SOP-GAP jambu air Dalhari, menganalisis produktivitas usaha tani jambu air Dalhari yang menerapkan SOP-GAP jambu air Dalhari dan usaha tani
jambu air Dalhari yang belum menerapkan SOP-GAP jambu air Dalhari dan mengidentifikasi kendala-kendala yang dihadapi petani dalam pelaksanaan SOPGAP jambu air Dalhari.Metode
yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey.
Pengumpulan data menggunakan pembagian quesioner, observasi, wawancara dan pencatatan. Variabel yang akan diteliti meliputi pemilihan lokasi, persiapan benih,
penyiapan lahan, penanaman, pemupukan, pengairan, pemangkasan tajuk, pengendalian Organisme Pengganggu Tanaman (OPT), penjarangan calon buah,
pembungkusan calon buah, sanitasi kebun, panen, pasca panen dan pencatatan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji beda t test. Hasil
penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat keberhasilan penerapan budidaya jambu air Dalhari sesuai SOP-GAP kategori cukup baik (75,05 %), produktivitas usaha tani
jambu air Dalhari yang menerapkan SOP-GAP lebih tinggi daripada usaha tani jambu air Dalhari yang belum menerapkan SOP-GAP, Kendala-kendala yang dihadapi petani dalam pelaksanaan SOP-GAP jambu air Dalhari adalah pelaksanaan
pengendalian Organisme Pengganggu Tanaman (OPT), pola pikir SDM, kurangnya informasi, kesulitan pencatatan dan biaya yang mahal.

ABSTRACT

IRYANTI CANDRA PURNAMI. Analysis of the Application of the Standart
Operating Procedure-Good Agriculture Practices (SOP-GAP) in the Cultivation
of Dalhari Guava in District Berbah Sleman. Under the guidance of NANIK
DARA SENJAWATI and BUDI WIDAYANTO.

Dalhari guava water is a superior variety at Berbah Sleman has been developing to
get high productivity and Quality by SOP-GAP application. The objectives this
research were to analyze the success of SOP-GAP application, compared the
productivity between farmers who apply SOP-GAP and non apply SOP-GAP,
identyfity the obstacles faced by the farmers in their SOP-GAP apply. The research
methods used Survey. The sharing of data collection using questionnaires,
observation, interviews and recording. Variables in this research involved selecting
the locations, preparation seed, preparation land, planting, fertilization, watering,
pruning, controling pest organisms plants (OPT), thinning fruit candidate, wrapping
fruit, field sanitation, harvesting, post-harvesting and keeping record. The data
analysis is descriptive different test t test. Result showed that the success rate of the
implementation of the cultivation of Dalhari guava according to SOP-GAP
amounting category average (75,05%), Comparation productivity Dalhari water
guava higher between farmers who apply SOP-GAP and non apply SOP-GAP, the
obstacles faced by the farmers were the implementation of the SOP-GAP of control
pest organisms Plants (OPT), the mindset of human resources, the lack of
information, the difficulty of recording and costly.
