Abstract
Suatu pemboran dapat sukses ataupun gagal berdasarkan banyak faktor namun awal dari sebuah program pemboran merupakan perencanaan konstruksi sumur yang direncanakan dengan matang dilihat dari pemilihan kedalaman trayek casing hingga penyemenannya. Pada masa sekarang ini banyak kasus menunjukkan kesalahan operasi pemboran yang hal tersebut bisa saja terjadi jika kurang baiknya suatu program pemboran yang di desain maupun kesalahan yang dilakukan pada saat operasi pemboran berlangsung. Berdasarkan hasil konstruksi, conductor dipasang hingga kedalaman 150 ft pada hole size 26”spesifikasi20”H-40; STC. Surface casing hingga kedalaman 1.400 ft pada hole size 17,5”spesifikasi13 3/8” J-55; STC. Intermediate casing hingga kedalaman 2.350 ft pada hole size 12,25”spesifikasi 9 5/8” J-55; STC.Production casing digunakan hingga kedalaman target pemboran yaitu 3.200 ft, hole size 8,5”denganspesifikasi 7” J-55; BTC dimana setiap trayek casing dikenai beban internal, external, tension dan biaxial dan spesifikasi masing-masing casing mampu menahan beban-beban yang ditanggung casing tersebut.Penyemenan dilakukan pada seluruh trayek casing dengan semen kelas G sejumlah 554 sack semen. Kapasitas drawwork sistem angkat 148,38 HP, Kapasitas drawwork sistem putar 289,95 HP, Kapasitas drawwork r sistem sirkulasi 274,66 HP, Sehingga horse power total dari prime mover yang digunakan pada operasi pemboran adalah 812,99 HP Setelah melakukan perhitungan kapasitas rig total yang digunakan untuk kebutuhan operasi pemboran Sumur “X” sebesar 812,99 HP, maka dengan kebutuhan operasi yang telah dihitung dapat ditentukan besarnya kapasitas rig yang akan digunakan yaitu rig dengan kapasitas sebesar 1000 HP, dengan penggunaan presentase sebesar 81,29% dan dinyatakan aman. Dan dari perhitungan jumlah keseluruhan horsepower kapasitas rig total untuk kebutuhan operasi pemboran maka perusahaan harus mengeluarkan biaya sewa rig sebesar $ 26.181.400 dengan biaya $ 20.000/hari untuk jenis land rig.
