Abstract
ANI BUDIARTI, Analysis The Successful Level of Sarjana Membangun
Desa (SMD) Progam in Karya Tani Group at Buluspesantren Sub-District
Kebumen Regency. Supervisored by VANDRIAS DEWANTORO and BUDIARTO.
This research objective to analysis the successful level of Sarjana Membangun
Desa (SMD) Progam in Karya Tani Group and to analysis of factors are
affecting the successful level of Sarjana Membangun Desa (SMD) Progam in
Karya Tani Group. Methods of this research using survey method. Research
location determination was using purposive methods. As for sampling method are
using sensus method. Data used for this research are primary and secondary
data. Data collection technique using observation, interview, and questionaire. To
counting the successful of level SMD program was using liekert scale, the
reaserch results shows that the successful of level SMD program is high. For
analysing factors are affecting the successful level of Sarjana Membangun Desa
(SMD) was using linear regretion, the reaserch resulys shows that factors are
affecting the successful level of Sarjana Membangun Desa (SMD) are
comunication and structure of organization. And the factors are not affecting the
successful level of Sarjana Membangun Desa (SMD) are resources and
disposition.
Key Words : The Successful , Sarjana Membangun Desa Program, and Karya
Tani Group.
