Abstract
ABSTRAK ERIGH EKO JULIATMOJO, Analisis Usaha Pemotongan Ayam Di Kecamatan Depok Kabupaten Sleman Yogyakarta. Dibimbing oleh AGUS SANTOSA dan TEGUH KISMANTOROADJI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis faktor modal, tenaga kerja dan lama usaha terhadap jumlah produksi usaha rumah pemotongan ayam, (2) menganalisis besarnya keuntungan usaha rumah pemotongan ayam, (3) menganalisis produktivitas modal usaha rumah pemotongan ayam. Metode dasar penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Metode pelaksanaan penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey. Metode penentuan lokasi penelitian menggunakan purposive dan penentuan responden menggunakan metode sensus. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor modal, tenaga kerja dan lama usaha terhadap jumlah produksi usaha rumah pemotongan ayam digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda; untuk mengetahui besarnya keuntungan usaha rumah pemotongan ayam digunakan analisis keuntungan; untuk mengetahui produktivitas modal usaha rumah pemotongan ayam digunakan analisis produktivitas modal diukur dalam satuan persen. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi jumlah produksi rumah pemotongan ayam adalah faktor modal, dan tenaga kerja. Usaha rumah pemotongan ayam menguntungkan dengan rata-rata keuntungan perhari sebesar Rp 1.247.564,00/hari. Nilai produktivitas modal tinggi dengan rata-rata perhari nilai produktivitas modal sebesar 107,46% > 1 tingkat suku bunga yang berlaku. Kata kunci : Analisis usaha, Keuntungan, Produktivitas Modal. ABSTRACT ERIGH EKO JULIATMOJO, The Business Analysis Of Chicken Slaughterhouse In Depok Region, Sleman Regency Yogyakarta. Guided by AGUS SANTOSA and TEGUH KISMANTOROADJI. The research aim to (1) analyze the capital factor, labour factor, and long time to business against quantity product of chicken slaughterhouse; (2) analyze the profit of chicken slaughterhouse and; (3) analyze the capital productivity of chicken slaughterhouse. The research method is used descriptive method, by using survey. The location determination is used purposive method and responden determination used sensus method. Methods of data analysis to analyze the capital factor, labour factor, and long time to business against product of chicken slaughterhouse are used multiple linear regression analysis;analyze the profit of chicken slaughterhouse is used profitable analysis and; analyze the capital productivity of chicken slaughterhouse is used capital productivity analysis and to calculate percentage. The results of this research shows that factors that influence quantity product are capital factor and labour factor. Chicken slaughterhouse is profitable with the profits average Rp 1.247.564,00/day. Capital productivity value 107,46 % > 1 bank rate. Key words: The business analysis, Profit, Capital productivity.
