Abstract
ABSTRAK WASIS BUDI JATMIKO, ANALISIS FINANSIAL USAHA PEMBIBITAN JERUK “PAMELO” DI DESA BAGENG KECAMATAN GEMBONG KABUPATEN PATI. Dibimbing oleh Budiarto dan Agus Surata. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis keuntungan dan kelayakan usaha pembibitan jeruk “Pamelo” di Desa Bageng, Kecamatan Gembong, Kabupaten Pati. Metode dasar yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, pelaksanaan penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey. Macam data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Sumber data diperoleh dari wawancara langsung kepada petani pembibit Jeruk “Pamelo” di Desa Bageng Kecamatan Gembong Kabupaten Pati. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis keuntungan dan untuk menguji kelayakan usaha menggunakan analisis profit rate (Pr). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa keuntungan rata-rata usaha pembibitan jeruk “Pamelo” sebesar Rp 17.000.802,00 dan keuntungan rata-rata perbatang sebesar Rp 11.769,00. Hasil analisis kelayakan finansial usaha pembibitan jeruk “Pamelo” di Desa Bageng, Kecamatan Gembong, Kabupaten Pati diperoleh nilai Pr sebesar 195%.hasil tersebut berarti bahwa nilai Pr lebih dari suku bunga pinjaman bank (i) yang berlaku, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa usaha pembibitan jeruk “Pamelo” layak untuk diusahakan Kata Kunci : Analisis finansial, Bibit Jeruk ABSTRACT WASIS BUDI JATMIKO, Citrus Breeding Business Financial Analysis "pamelo" In The Village Bageng Gembong Sub District Pati. Guided by BUDIARTO and AGUS SURATA. This study aimed to analyze the advantages and feasibility of citrus nursery "Pamelo" in the village of Bageng, District Kingpin, Pati regency. The basic method used is descriptive method, the implementation of the research is a survey method. Kinds of data used are primary and secondary data. Sources of data obtained from the directly interview to farmers breeders "Pamelo" Citrus in the village of the District Bageng Kingpin Pati regency. Analysis teknik using profit analysis and for the test feasibility of using profit analysis rate (Pr). The results showed that the average profit breeding orange "Pummelo" Rp 17.000.802,00 and average profit rod Rp 11.769. The results of the analysis of financial feasibility citrus breeding "Pamelo" in the village of Bageng, District Kingpin, Pati Regency Pr values obtained at 195% The results mean that the value of Pr over interest rates on bank loan (i) applies, so it can be inferred that the citrus breeding "Pamelo" worth the effort.
