Abstract
Abstract
Greenpeace is one of the international organizations concerned to see this earth
began in the exploitation. Undeniable that many Indonesian forests, especially in
East Borneo have been damaged or severely degraded. The victory at this stage
is a victory obtained at very expensive unless the company is committed to
restoration and compensate for their damaged land. The Indonesian government
also has the opportunity to expand or continue the moratorium on newly
reinstated for two years to cover all of the conversion of natural forests. This
should include a review of concessions to resolve the overlapping problems and
ensure firms naughty permission does not damage natural forests and peat‐
lands remaining. Governments must fight corruption to protect the public and
ensure the laws are enforced fairly Indonesia.
