Abstract
ABSTRAK
HANDIKA SAPUTRA, Analisis Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Produksi
Usahatani Lada Putih di Kecamatan Membalong, Kabupaten Belitung, Provinsi
Bangka Belitung. Dibimbing oleh NI MADE SUYASTIRI dan VINI
ARUMSARI.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor – faktor yang yang
mempengaruhi produksi usahatani lada putih di Kecamatan Membalong
Kabupaten Belitung Provinsi Bangka Belitung dan kelayakan usahatani lada
putih. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei. Metode
penentuan lokasi yang digunakan adalah purposiv atau dengan sengaja. Metode
pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode purposiv sampling. Data
yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Sumber data dari penelitian
ini adalah Instansi terkait dengan penelitian yaitu petani lada Kecamatan
Membalong, Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Belitung, Badan Pusat Statistik
Kabupaten Belitung, Kantor Kecamatan Membalong, perpustakaan, dan internet.
Teknik pengumpulan data adalah teknik observasi, teknik wawancara dan
kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan adalah menggunakan Analisis Cobb-Douglas,
Regresi Linear Berganda dengan uji ketepatan model , uji f dan uji t, Net Present
Value, dan Payback Period.
Adapun hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan yaitu, Faktor produksi bibit dan
tenaga kerja berpengaruh terhadap produksi lada putih di Kecamatan Membalong,
adapun faktor produksi luas lahan dan Pupuk NPK tidak berpengaruh nyata
terhadap produksi lada putih di Kecamatan Membalong dan usahatani lada putih
di Kecamatan Membalong secara finansial layak untuk diusahakan. Adapun hasil
NPV sebesar Rp. 35.367.418 dan Payback Period pada 4 tahun 8 bulan.
Kata kunci : Faktor – faktor produksi, Kelayakan usahatani, Usahatani lada putih.

HANDIKA SAPUTRA, The Analysis of Factors Affecting Farm Production of
White Pepper in Membalong sub-district, Belitung Regency, Bangka Belitung
Province. Guided by NI MADE SUYASTIRI and VINI ARUMSARI.
This research aimed to analyze the factors that affect the production of white
pepper farming in Membalong district, Belitung regency, Bangka Belitung
province and white pepper cultivation feasibility. The method used in this
research is survey method. Location determination method was used purposiv
sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Source data from
this research related to the research institution that are pepper farmers in
Membalong district, Department of Agriculture Belitung, Central Bureau of
Statistics Belitung regency, District Office of Membalong, Library and Internet.
Data collection techniques are observation, interview techniques and techniques
questioner. The analysis method is to use the analysis of Cobb-Douglas,
Regression to test the accuracy of the model, the F test and T test, Nett Present
Value and Payback Period.
The results of the research that has been done, namely, the factors of production
of seed and labor affect the production of white pepper in Membalong District,
while the production factors of land and NPK fertilizer did not significantly affect
the production of white pepper in Membalong District and farming white pepper
in Membalong District financially viable for the effort. The results of the NPV of
Rp 35.367.418 and payback period for 4 years and 8 months.
