Abstract
ABSTRAK Surat kabar Media info Kota adalah sebuah media yang dibuat oleh pemerintah kota Yogyakarta yang berperan sebagai media informasi bagi warga masyarakat. tetapi apakah surat kabar Media Info Kota ini bermanfaat bagi masyarakat dan berperan dalam pelaksaan fungsi hubungan masyarakat Pemerintah kota Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa surat kabar media info kota ini sudah berperan dalam pelaksanaan fungsi hubungan masyarakat pemerintah kota Yogyakarta. dimana Media Info Kota ini berperan sebagai Fasilitator komunikasi dan sebagai media informasi. Selain itu juga surat kabar Media Info Kota ini belum seluruhnya tersebar d an sampai kepada masyarakat kota Yogyakarta di karenakan banyaknya kendala yang di temui. ABSTRACT Newspapers Media City is a media information made by the city government of Yogyakarta , which acts as a medium of information for citizens . but whether the newspaper 's Media City Info beneficial to society and play a role in the implementation of government public relations functions of the city of Yogyakarta . The method used is qualitative research with the type of descriptive analysis . These results indicate that the newspaper information media of this city has a role in the implementation of public relations function of Yogyakarta city government . The city where the Media Info role as facilitator of communication and as a medium of information . In addition, the newspaper 's Media City Info scattered and not entirely up to the people of Yogyakarta in because of the many obstacles encountered .
