Abstract
First , prevention and management of forest fires in Indonesia resulting transboundary haze pollution through bilateral diplomacy in Indonesia run not only with neighboring countries that are directly affected by the transboundary haze pollution as a result of these fires but in strengthening the position of the international community in Indonesia was cooperation with several countries outside Southeast Asia one with Japan and Norway . Secondly , in order to save the forests in Indonesia multilateral diplomacy used in rallying International support is also very important because Indonesia's position in the forest preserve . Indonesian diplomacy begins with seeking support with ASEAN . Indonesian diplomacy is mulatilateral was done by joining the IUCN in which Indonesia saw with berkagabung in it and increase the level of membership , the International dunnia Indonesia saw an opportunity to raise the bargaining power of diplomacy . Subsequent developments in the UNFCCC and Indonesia used a strong diplomatic position and take home advantage so that initiate the formation of REDD + .
