Abstract

The development of technology, particularly the Internet makes computer systems is growing, but at this time utilization can not be used optimally. Office of Population and Civil Registration Klaten district that the office has the task to implement the regional authority in the field of population and civil pencataan. Requests the public to make the submission of demographic data progressively increasing, in the process of demographic data application services must pass through several processes before it can do publishing submissions of the applicant. Due to the large demand of society and given the limited working hours of employees led to the accumulation of work. This buildup results in a delay in the publication. From the applicant can not be mengatahui directly whether the petition was so or not. For ease in getting information submissions of the applicant, in need of an application service monitoring demographic data online. Methods and design used in this thesis is the waterfall method. Results of the software design is the context diagram and data flow diagram of the whole process is going on. Amenities of the app include detailed information request, information submission requirements, and report data services. This web-based monitoring application built using a programming language that is used CSS, HTML, PHP and Jquery. Using Bootstrap Freamwork while using MYSQL database. Results of the application made is expected to provide service monitoring solutions and improve service quality. Keywords : demographic data, applications, monitoring, bootstrap
