Abstract
ABSTRACT
PT. Trubaindo Coal Mining is a mining company that has local operations in
West Kutai, East Kalimantan. Mine is used as a block south of the study area is the
pit 4500 block 12. Mining system implemented is open pit mining system
.PT. Trubaindo Coal Mining coal production target in 4500 block of 12 pits in
2012 amounted to 2,800,000 tons,. Coal mining process material using a mechanical
device that is 2 units of mut Komatsu PC 400 and Komatsu PC 300 and transport
equipment 22 units Scania P380 .1 serve 11 unit load devices conveyance by the
distance to 2105 meters coal crushing plant.
Constraint occurs is not yet fulfilled the production of unloading equipment
and transportation means that production targets have not been achieved. Current
production capability is 2,436,922.5 tons / year. Failure to achieve production targets
due to a lot of wasted work time due to work constraints which could be avoided
either barriers or obstacles that can not be avoided. Given these constraints reduce
work time effectively so that the efficiency is low.
Improving production can be done by improving the effective working time,
working time and the addition of conveyance. In the 4500 block of 12 pit, with the
addition of 1 unit Scania P380 dumptruck conveyance of 2,436,922.5 tons / year
increased to 2,857,036 tons / year.
In order to achieve the desired production targets should be monitoring your
scheduled time so that working time has been used in the best available and the need
for standard rules of time constraints can be avoided.
RINGKASAN
PT. TRUBAINDO COAL MINING merupakan perusahaan tambang
batubara yang memiliki daerah operasi di Kabupaten Kutai Barat , Kalimantan
Timur. Lokasi tambang yang dijadikan sebagai daerah penelitian adalah Blok
selatan yaitu pit 4500 blok 12. Sistem penambangan yang diterapkan adalah
sistem penambangan terbuka.
PT. TRUBAINDO COAL MINING menarget produksi batubara pada pit
4500 blok 12 pada tahun 2012 sebesar 2.800.000 ton,. Proses penambangan
material batubara mengunakan alat mekanis 2 unit alat mut yaitu Komatsu PC 400
dan Komatsu PC 300 dan alat angkut sebanyak 22 unit Scania P380 .1 alat muat
melayani 11 unit alat angkut dengan jarak menuju coal crushing plant 2105 meter.
Permasalahn yang terjadi adalah belum terpenuhinya produksi dari alat muat
dan alat angkut sehingga target produksi belum tercapai. Kemampuan produksi
saat ini adalah 2.436.922,5 ton/tahun. Tidak tercapainya sasaran produksi
dikarenakan banyak waktu kerja yang terbuang karena adanya hambatan kerja
baik hambatan yang bisa dihindari maupun hambatan yang tidak bisa dihindari.
Dengan adanya hambatan-hambatan tersebut memperkecil waktu kerja efektif
sehingga efisiensi rendah.
Upaya Peningkatan produksi dapat dilakukan dengan cara meningkatan
waktu kerja efektif, waktu kerja tersedia dan penambahan jumlah alat angkut.
Pada pit 4500 blok 12 , dengan penambahan 1 unit alat angkut dumptruck Scania
P380 dari 2.436.922,5 ton / tahun meningkat menjadi 2.857.036 ton/ tahun.
Untuk dapat mencapai target produksi yang diinginkan sebaiknya dilakukan
pengawasan waktu kerja yang telah ditetapkan agar waktu kerja yang telah
tersedia dimanfaatkan sebesar-besarnya dan perlu adanya aturan standart waktu
hambatan yang bisa dihindari.
