Abstract
ABSTRAK Untuk mendapatkan program yang diunggulkan tiap tahunnya, para unit kerja terkait dan Tim KomiteCSR PT Pupuk Kaltim melaksanakan suatu program community development yang merupakan bagian dari implementasi CSR yaitu “Program Strategis”.Salah satu fokus penelitian dari evaluasi kegiatan “Program Strategis”ini yaitu adalah Pengelolaan Kompos Berbasis Masyarakat, sebagai bentuk menjalin keharmonisan dengan masyarakat sekitar perusahaan yaitu di Kelurahan Guntung sebagai desa binaan dari PT Pupuk Kaltim untuk menjadi pelaksanaan program tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui evaluasi programkeberlanjutan yang sempat gagal sebelumnya, dan solusi lain yakni Departemen Humas PT Pupuk Kaltimmembentuk program baru yang lebih menarik dan mudah untuk dilakukan oleh warga, selain itu untuk mengetahui hambatan dan implementasi program dari hasil forum diskusi.Metode penelitian yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalahpenelitian kualitatif deskriptif, menggunakan teorikontrak sosial.Peneliti menggunakan teknik triangulasi untuk menguji validitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanPT Pupuk Kaltimmengadakan “program strategis” ini dengan sistem keberlanjutan yang bekerjasama dengan warga di desa Kelurahan Guntung sebagai objek penerima manfaat dan menjalankan program, kepala desa sebagai penanggung jawab dan mengkawal semua hasil keputusan pada saat forum diskusi, pemerintah sebagai penanggung jawabserta pihak ketiga sebagai pengamat berjalannya forum dan kegiatan pada saat pelaksanaan program pengelolaan kompos berbasis masyarakat ini, lalu evauasi kegiatan ini dibentuk berdasarkan analisis SWOT dan konsep CSR dan community developmentdari isu-isu dan hasil evaluasi dari program – program sebelumnya. Researchers used triangulation technique to test the validity of .The research results show pt kaltim fertilizer hold a strategic program this with a system of sustainability who cooperate with residents in the village of urban village Guntung as an object of beneficiaries and run the program , village head as caretaker and mengkawal all the results of decisions in the discussion forum , government as a caretaker as well as third parties as observer mobilisation of the forum and activities at the time of implementation of the program management of community-based composting this, then evauasi this activity formed based on the analysis and training the concept of csr and community development of issues and the evaluation results from the program previous programs .
