Abstract
ABSTRAK Aktivitas perusahaan sedikit banyak akan membawa konsekuensi sosial bagi publik di mana perusahaan tidak hanya mengejar keuntungan (profit) semata namun juga tanggungjawabnya terhadap publik (sosial). Tanggungjawab sosial perusahaan (CSR) merupakan bentuk kepedulian perusahaan terhadap masyarakat baik di sekitar perusahaan maupun masyarakat secara luas. Seperti Danone Aqua yang salah satu dari sekian banyak kegiatan CSRnya adalah penyediaan akses air bersih (WASH) bagi warga desa Suni NTT melalui kampanye “Satu Untuk Sepuluh”. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara serta studi pustaka untuk pengumpulan data. Peneliti juga trun langsung ke lokasi pelaksanaan program untuk memperoleh informasi yang detail mengenai pelaksanaan program. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi CSR Danone Aqua di NTT, hambatan selama pelaksanaan program dan untuk menganalisis kelebihan, kekurangan, kesempatan dan ancaman dalam implementasi program ini dengan analisis SWOT. Dari hasil penelitian, terdapat beberapa masalah seperti tidak meratanya penerapan program ini serta tujuan program untuk menyediakan akses air bersih pun belum sepenuhnya terpenuhi. Analisis SWOT terhadap program ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelebihan program yaitu akses air bersih yang mudah diperoleh warga desa, kekurangan program meliputi tidak meratanya fasilitas yang ada untuk mendukung keberhasilan program, kesempatan perusahaan terkait dengan implementasi program serta ancaman yang mucul berkaitan dengan implementai program tanggungjawab sosial perusahaan Danone Aqua di desa Suni NTT. ABSTRACT Organization activity is always have a social consequences for its public whiches an organization is not able to come after the profit only, but also they have to take responsibility into public even community either public in general. Corporate Social Responsibility is a way of organization to take care of the public by making a programme that have an advantages for a public. Such as the implementation of Danone Aqua’s CSR which run a programme to facilitate a clean and hygine water access (WASH) for people in Suni East Nusa Tenggara. Thus research is descriptive qualitative research which use an observation, interview and literature study techniques to collect data and information. Researcher also go directly to the location to get an informations about the implementation of the programm. The purposes of this study is to determine the implementation of CSR Danone Aqua in NTT, the obstacles during this program and to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the implementation of this program use SWOT analysis. From the research, there are some problems, such as unaverage of this program for the targets and the goal of this programe to provides an clean an hygine water access for people in Suni village is not achieve. SWOT analysis of the program aims to determine the advantages of the program to providing an access of clean water in Suni whiches now more nearly by their home, it is also found that lack of this program is covering facilities to support the success of the programm is not provides and also to analyze the opportunities organization could achived by allowing the implementation of the program as well as the threats that appear related to corporate social responsibility program implementation by Danone Aqua in the Sunni East Nusa Tenggara.
