Abstract
Intervention and the expansion of the U.S. in Central Asia make Russia more intense to maintain its relationship with Kazakhstan in order to maintain its hegemony in the region. Vladimir Putin regime change to Dmitry Medvedev gave a renewal of the method in decision-making, regulation of political and economic cooperation in the military. Dmitry Medvedev made a new breakthrough by creating a security doctrine in 2010 related to priority setting policy and bilateral cooperation with Kazakhstan is also related to regional security. Cooperation of Russia and Kazakhstan makes a significant increase in military field with various projects built by Medvedev, this cooperation also makes the level of confidence in the countries of Central Asia to Russia increased.
